Features:
This is an automatically hydraulic and automatically controlled cutting machine. All the movement of cutting dies and the auto feeding setting and control are centered on the one-touch monitor and are conveniently operated. This is machine is very efficient and suitable for continuously cutting layers of various rolled or sheet-type material, especially for a mass cutting job.
The cutting head is moved via the transmission of ball screw, and the error can be within 0.1mm.
There are three optional operation methods as manual, semi-automatic and automatic operations for meeting various different operation requirements.
The eye sensor safety system is equipped to ensure the safety of operators.
The full computerized control system is highly stable. It can show the error information via its self supervising function and is accordingly easy to maintain.
The one-touch monitor is humanized and pictorial. It is easy to learn and operation.
There are 4 different kinds of optional cutting dies and 16 groups of memory capacity on the monitor. Therefor, the machine will not need to be reset when the cutting die is changed.
The machine is also equipped with the mechanism of cutting plate automatic movement to prolong life of the cutting plate.
The depth of cutting die and rising stroke can be both easily controlled and set on the one-touch monitor.
The independent hydraulic system is easy to maintain and adjust.
The cutting plate is equipped with the die edge calibration device to set the starting point of cutting plate conveniently.
The overload protection device can prevent the machine from the damaged due to incorrect operation.
The strong machine body has a very limited destortion even under the maximum cutting load.
Monitor control box :
The humanized and pictorial one-touch monitor control system is the most advanced design. The machine setting up, operation and controlling are all concentrated on the monitor control box.
Automatic feeding system :
The feeding system is individually designed to fit the different material.
1. Rolled type or long-strip-type material feeding system
It adopts the grip pushing system and hydraulically operated. The stroke is inspected by the encoder which is controlled on the monitor. This precise and convenient feeding system is most suitable for the rolled material.
2. Sheet-by material feeding system
It adopts the servomotor to control the movement of feeding system which makes the movement accurately and the usage of material to the most. It helps to save the material cost, labor cost and raise the competition of products. It is most suitable for the sheet-type material, such as balls and paper, especially for the precise and rapid operation.
